Service is only as good as the people who provide it. At Atamaniuk Funeral Home our staff utilizes their years of training and experience in service and concern for others. Full Traditional Services    Not all funeral homes are alike. One of the most important issues in choosing a funeral home is " flexibility". We work hard to offer choices to accommodate a variety of preferences and budgets.    Being non-sectarian, we serve all faiths: Catholic, Protestant, Jewish, and Contemporary or Humanistic.    Whatever services your family chooses, you can be assured that all the details will be handled in a timely and competent manner.
	Cremation and Memorial Services    We offer a number of options for those families who prefer cremation.    An increasing number of individuals choosing cremation may be unaware of the service options available to them. Families can elect to have a funeral or memorial service so friends and family can gather to share their grief and offer support.
AfterCare Services    Service that continues after the funeral is what sets us apart. We make available our Grief Support Program which help families through the most difficult time following a loss.    Topics covered include; Beginning Grief, Finding Support, Coping with the Holidays, and The First year and Beyond.    Every December we sponsor a Holiday Help and Service of Remembrance held at the V.F.W. Post Home in Brattleboro.
	Floral Acknowledgement Service    One of our most unique programs that we make available to all services is our Floral Acknowledgement Service.    Following every funeral, each family will receive a color transparency of every floral offering that was sent to the funeral home.    Every basket, spray or vase arrangement is individually photographed. When sending acknowledgements, each family can, in more detail, describe the floral offering in the custom folder that holds each color print.

Transferring Your Arrangements

   Several huge, out-of-town corporations have been very busy buying up area funeral homes. With these changes, during the last several months we have received many inquiries from area families regarding transferring their pre-funeral arrangements to our firm.
   By State law you have the legal right to make such a change. If you are considering transferring your pre-arrangements to an independent firm such as ours, we make available the following special program:

• Our offices will coordinate the transfer by making contact with the other funeral establishment on your behalf.
• We will process all the necessary legal paperwork.
• We can assist you in establishing a new Trust in accordance with your personal preferences.
