Obituary

Hinsdale - Ruth Hale, 73, of Hinsdale, NH passed away at her home surrounded by her loving family after a courageous battle with cancer on December 3rd, 2018.

She was born on October 15, 1945 in Stamford, CT. The daughter of Sara E. Higgins and Clarence E. Jennings.

Ruth retired from Clear Solutions as a Fabricator where she made many lasting friendships.

Ruth loved spending time with her friends and family, gardening, crafting and cooking. She was a huge Elvis fan and enjoyed trips to Atlantic City and Foxwoods with her sisters, daughter, and daughter-in-law.

Surviving family members include her children: William Hadden and his wife Debbie of Springfield, Massachusetts, Deborah Hrabovsky and her husband Paul of Brattleboro, VT, James Hadden and his wife Susan of Spofford, NH, Carolyn Hadden and partner Kevin of Wilmington, VT and Brian Hale and partner Lillian of Greenfield, Massachusetts. Her siblings: Donald Gunnip, Clarence Jennings and his wife Barbara, Charles Jennings, Martha LaBarge and her husband Terry and Susan Delaney and her husband Gordon. She was predeceased by her loving husband, Neil Hale; her brothers, James Gunnip, Theodore Gunnip and Robert Gunnip; and her sister Dora Rooney.

A celebration in honor of Ruth’s life will be held at the VFW in Hinsdale, NH on December 15th at 12pm.
